I entered a wrong mobile number or need to change the registered mobile number for some reason. What should I do?
Please contact CHiPRA at firstname.lastname@example.org from your verified email address (Note: so we know it’s really you requesting the change of mobile number, you must only contact us using your verified email address).
In your request to change the mobile number, please specify the reason for the change.
Once CHiPRA has changed the mobile number, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to verify the new mobile number.
Either click on the link or go to canehillparkra.com and click on the ‘Verify Mobile’ button at the bottom of the page. Simply follow the steps on the following webpage.

I haven’t received my One-Time-Password or I failed to verify my mobile number using my one-time password. What should I do?
As long as you have entered the correct mobile number during registration, you can go to canehillparkra.com and click on the ‘Verify Mobile’ button at the bottom of the page.
On the following webpage, enter your mobile number (this must be the same as the one you entered in registration form).
Click on the “click here” button in the text “To request for New One-Time Password – click here”.
Once your receive your One-Time-Password on your mobile, enter it in the specified box and click the “Verify Mobile” button immediately below.
If you are still having issues, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue faced.
I haven’t received an email inviting me to verify my email address. What should I do?
Please check in your Spam/Junk mailbox folder as, in some cases, email from CHiPRA may go into these folders. However, if you still can not locate the email, please follow the steps below.

How can I ensure that other members of my household receive communications from CHiPRA?
Most email services allow you to create a rule to forward emails from specific senders to another account (for example, another member of your household). Once you receive your first email from CHiPRA, you should be able to create such a rule. You will need to check how to do this within the settings of your email service.
I am about to move from Cane Hill Park. What should I do?
